💫Greg is the Founder of SatchelFish Design Build.
💫Greg received his Business Administration and Finance degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
💫He began his construction career in 1996 with a national builder out of Charlotte, NC. Greg’s career has spanned from Product Development, Construction Management to Director of Operations. He obtained his NC General Contracting License in 2018.
💫In 2018 Greg founded SatchelFish Design Build. He can take your sketch on a napkin and turn it into your dream home. The pure definition of Design + Build.
💫SatchelFish Design Build specializes in Residential Construction, Commercial Construction and Marine Construction.
💫Greg currently serves as the 1st Vice President - Board of Directors Executive Committee of the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association and has also served as a Builder Director in previous years. Greg is also the 2025 Parade of Homes Chair. The WCFHBA is the 3rd largest HBA in the country.
